You will have to connect MP4 player to computer manually.  To do so you will need to connect the MP4 player to the USB port.

Follow this procedure…

1. Open My Computer.

2. Open MP4 player drive ( SGTL MSCN )

3. Delete all files and folders in the MP4 player.

4. Unplug the player.

5. Turn on the player.
